Marcia Daigo-Daley is our integrated workforce manager for the greater London area.
Our work in the local authority is focused on workforce reform and integrated working at a local level. Our integrated workforce managers convene and facilitate meetings of strategic workforce leads in their authorities and work with them as they trial the One Children's Workforce Framework and the associated online tool. The tool helps the authority to plan their journey towards this reformed workforce and to identify the support needed to achieve this.
