CWDC induction training material amendment information

To support local areas facilitate the process, CWDC were requested to restructure the handbooks by removing the additional reading and work-based activities from each of the handbooks. These are now available as separate downloadable documents to the left.

The additional reading documents are available to download in two formats; either as one large document (644 KB) or as individual files directly relating to each module.

The work-based activities are available in Word format as CWDC want to empower participants, with support from their line managers, to adapt the work-based activities where necessary, making them more meaningful and realistic to the setting in which the participants are working. However, where changes are made, it is the local area's responsibility to ensure that the work based activities are appropriately linked to CWDC's induction standards.
