CWDC judges two awards in prestigious social care ‘2010 Accolades’

Nominations for the Skills for Care 2010 Accolades open from 1 March 2010, with two categories being sponsored by CWDC and the ceremony taking place in London on 25 November.

The nominations will close on 21 May.

Having chosen the team that turned out to be the overall winner in 2009, this year CWDC will again be on the judging panel for the same two categories:  'effective practice in workforce development across partner agencies' and 'safeguarding children - keeping children safe in social care'.

Ann Harrison, National Programme Manager at CWDC, said: This is our opportunity to celebrate the commitment, hard work, energy and achievements of the people working in organisations for children and young people in social care.
