Celebrating the work of the occupational group fund
Joining forces is a fantastic celebration of the innovative work that took place on our occupational group fund (OGF). Twelve cases studies and narratives recording and celebrating the achievements of OGF funded projects are featured in this engaging publication. The scope of the projects is wide and varied, but all demonstrate the dynamic ways in which workforce issues have been addressed in order to improve children's lives and embed integrated working.

Occupational group funding review
In 2008-2009 CWDC conducted a review of the OGF programme in collaboration with an independent consultancy. Outcomes of the review showed that OGF has met its original aims and objectives including: promoting the workforce reform agenda within the children’s workforce and encouraging a more integrated approach to work with children, young people and families across occupational groups and sectors.
