What is this about?

This is about everyone working towards the same end and feeling part of one workforce, focused on improving the lives of children and young people.

What does a fragmented approach look like?

When groups are working together but do not share the same goal, their purpose can get confused. This can get in the way of change and hinder the group’s ability to improve the lives of children and young people.

What does an integrated and high quality approach look like?

A good guide to what a positive outcome would look like is that everyone who works with children and young people sees themselves as part of one workforce and shares a common purpose and vision of success about improving children and young people’s lives.
