Sign up to Share StreetFor CWDC, participation means ensuring the structures, resources and processes are in place so we and our workforce can take action, make changes and be steered by what children, young people and their families tell us.
CWDC's Participation Fund ran between 2007 and 2010 and was designed to encourage and enhance the participation of children, young people and their families in local workforce development and reform.
A range of different resources were developed by the projects to support organiations and practitioners to involve children, young people and families in workforce development. You can access these in the Participation resources section.
