Good Practice Guide

Selection and Recruitment

  • A DVD on the recruitment and induction of children and young people's workers. Young people created the ideas for the DVD, developed storyboards and carried out the filming and editing of the final product.

Involving children and young people in recruitment DVD

  • A self-assessment framework to assist organisations in measuring how well they involve children and young people in the recruitment, selection and induction of staff, and how they can identify gaps and improvements.
