Practitioner-led research (PLR) 2008-09

This year the theme was answering questions around integrated working in the children and young people's workforce.

Integrated working

CWDC commissioned 62 PLR projects in 2008-09. These small-scale research projects focused upon the theme of integrated working within the children's workforce. The reports will help to further inform workforce development through learning from those who deliver and receive services.

We are keen to find out more about how members of the children and young people’s workforce work with each other and with the children and young people for whom they provide a service.

Practitioners carried out their research over six months and presented their final findings at a series of celebration events in April 2009.

The research reports are now available to download for the 2008-09 projects.
