Welcome to our integrated working section
Integrated working is where everyone supporting children and young people work together effectively to put the child at the centre, meet their needs and improve their lives.
Our aim is to:
- Improve information sharing among practitioners.
- Develop a common approach to assessment, and
- Support the new ways of working, especially in relation to multi-agency working.
CWDC also has several programmes of activity ongoing and planned for 2008-09 to further aid the implementation of Integrated Working in England.
