Careers in Social Care & Social Work

There are excellent career opportunities in children’s social care and social work. Those joining the workforce will have the opportunity to develop their careers within the wider social care or children’s workforces. 

• Children’s Social Care includes a wide variety of direct care and support roles with children and young people.
• Children’s Social Workers require a degree in social work or a recognised previously available qualification or international equivalent.
