Each SSA consists of five stages...
The first three stages are research stages which build a picture of the current and future skills of the children's workforce. Stages four and five involve the development of a costed action plan detailing how we will develop the skills required for the future.

This is a short and concise summary of the first three research stages.
Stage 1: Skills needs assessment report
This report provides an assessment of what future skills are required by the children's workforce.
Stage 2: Understanding supply report
This report looks a what training and qualifications are currently available across the children's workforce.
Stage 3: Gap analysis report
This report compares skills demand and supply and makes recommendations for the future.
