Strengthening leadership and management across the workforce

Developing leaders and managers in the young people's workforce was a key programme priority with 50% of the workforce's senior managers due to retire in the next ten years.

Three training programmes were provided to equip leaders and managers to deliver effective, joined up services for young people across the statutory, voluntary and private sectors. The programmes successfully completed and exceeded the target of training 5,000 leaders and managers.
